Express Shipping is available for both Domestic and International deliveries - additional fees apply.
All parcels must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. If your order is unable to be delivered, a redirection fee may apply.
International orders might be subject to customs charges according to each country's legislation. Von-Röutte will not pay for customs fees and charges.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders received during normal business hours between Monday to Friday will be processed for shipment within 24 hours. Most metropolitan deliveries arrive within 2-3 days in Australia. For regional deliveries please allow an extra 4-6 business days.
If you are outside Australia, deliveries will arrive within 5-15 business days.
Returns & Exchange Policies
To be eligible for a return, all online purchases must be returned within 15 days. All returns are paid by Von-Röutte. Please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org to generate your RMA and shipping label.
Any product being returned must be:
• In its original condition;
• Unworn, unmarked and unwashed;
• In the original packaging or box;
• Not defective as a result of misuse;
• Tags still attached.
We recommend and encourage customers to try shoes on carpet to ensure that dirt is not collected on the sole.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. Customers have 5 business days to send product after shipping label is generated.
Sale Items & Faulty Products
Sale items are not eligible for return. In case of faulty products, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Please email photos and specific details of the fault to email@example.com where it will be assessed.
