Tape a sheet of paper to the floor and put your foot with socks on it. Your leg should be bent slightly and your shin should be in front of your ankle. With your heels against the wall, draw a line at the longest part of your foot. Measure both feet as the sizes might be different. With a ruler, measure the distance from heel to toe.
